E-Commerce Operations Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Operations Manager will lead the daily management of our online sales channels, ensuring product listings, pricing, inventory and order fulfillment run smoothly to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operations of e‑commerce platforms, including product listing, pricing, inventory accuracy and order processing.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, logistics and finance to execute promotions, monitor sales performance and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze operational data, track KPIs such as sales, conversion and fulfillment metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Implement best practices to boost efficiency, accuracy and profitability.
• Supervise, mentor and set performance targets for the operations team, ensuring service levels and timelines are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce operations, including product listings, inventory coordination and returns handling.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, customer support, logistics and finance.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills: team supervision, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environment is highly preferred.
