About the role

Join Outsourcey as a Digital Marketing Specialist and help shape the future of work by driving lead‑generation campaigns for multiple industry verticals. You will manage paid media, optimise landing pages and oversee full‑funnel performance to deliver high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Google Ads and other platforms to generate qualified leads for multiple industry verticals.
• Execute and optimise landing pages tailored to specific industries, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and audience targeting.
• Oversee end‑to‑end marketing funnels from ad creative through lead capture, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights on spend efficiency and lead quality.
• Research and test emerging ad platforms and channels to expand lead‑generation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends and communicate results clearly to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the capacity to work independently within a defined strategic direction.
• Experience in lead‑generation or multi‑vertical performance marketing environments is strongly preferred.
