Deli Service Crew – Customer Service & Food Prep

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Deli Service Crew members to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to our customers. You will handle both walk‑in and online orders, ensuring high‑quality food preparation and accurate product information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including slicing deli meats and cheeses, assembling platters, pricing, and packaging.
• Sell products by providing customers with the information needed to make product‑related decisions.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays; set up and replenish counters.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate cash registers, meat and cheese slicers, cutting tools, scales, and other deli equipment.
• Provide a fast, friendly, and efficient level of customer service.
• Assist with food preparation when required and ensure systematic cleaning and maintenance of all equipment.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar deli or food‑service role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and mathematical accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage customer satisfaction.
