Data Science Officer – Business Solutions

About the role

The Data Science Officer – Business Solutions supports the delivery of analytics solutions by coordinating with stakeholders, translating business requirements, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely, effective, and value‑driven analytics engagements for business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end coordination of analytics models, studies and initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate activities among business stakeholders, Analytics Services, Model Operations, and AI Innovation teams to enable effective execution of analytics solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, engagement, and expectation management throughout the analytics delivery lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical and technical specifications to support solution design and development.
• Maintain project documentation, delivery tracking, and governance records to promote transparency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, analytics delivery, or stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of analytics and data‑science solution lifecycles and requirements documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented, with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
