About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale relationship with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact, handling day‑to‑day communication, resolving issues, and driving account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, managing calls and escalations.
- Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor client health, engagement, and satisfaction, flagging at‑risk accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and account status in the CRM.
- Support clients through onboarding for a smooth start.
Required profile
- Available to work EST business hours.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client‑facing support.
- Comfortable leading calls independently, including handling escalations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
