About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our Shopify‑based e‑commerce operations. The role is fully remote and involves handling order updates, vendor communication, invoice reconciliation and purchase‑order tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Process and update Shopify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with vendors to coordinate shipments, track orders and resolve issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and other communication platforms.
- Reconcile invoices and monitor purchase orders.
- Use Excel, Shopify, VRP, Brightpearl, Slack and Front App to manage daily workflows.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, e‑commerce or order management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
