Customer Proposition Manager

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Customer Proposition Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative, customer‑centric insurance solutions across protection, health, savings, and investment products. The role focuses on translating market insights into compelling value propositions that drive acquisition and increase ownership among key segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer‑centric propositions aligned with life‑stage needs and business objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Distribution) to turn propositions into product features and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Partner with external vendors to acquire necessary skills, systems, and services.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet long‑term targets.
• Ensure propositions are grounded in data‑driven insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product or proposition development within the insurance or financial services sector.
