Delivery Director

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Delivery Director to lead and scale its APAC delivery capabilities. Based in Manila, you will partner with clients and internal teams to translate marketing strategies into operational models that drive speed, quality and consistency across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client strategy into actionable delivery plans, operating rhythms and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and maintain regional delivery standards covering brief quality, planning, prioritisation, estimation, QA, approvals and reporting.
• Diagnose delivery pain points, design and implement account‑specific operating model improvements and lead change‑management initiatives.
• Define, launch and govern a shared services hub, including service catalogue, SLAs and cross‑account load balancing.
• Collaborate with New Business, Strategy, Creative and Technology teams to craft compelling solutions for pitches, renewals and RFP responses.
• Ensure work is delivered on brief, on time and to the expected quality, building strong stakeholder confidence.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in delivery, operations or account transformation within a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong track record of designing and scaling operating models, governance frameworks and shared services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across client, account and internal leadership teams.
• Ability to drive change, influence adoption and optimise processes at regional scale.
