About the role

Peak Uplift Digital is looking for a full‑time, remote Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the social media strategies and campaigns for our clients. You will shape content, optimise engagement, and work closely with the digital marketing team to align social efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Develop, implement, and refine content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to boost visibility and interaction.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive multi‑channel campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report performance metrics, adjusting tactics for maximum impact.
• Meet project deadlines while handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
• Strong communication and content‑strategy development abilities.
• Solid understanding of digital‑marketing best practices.
• Experience analysing social media metrics and optimizing strategies.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Prior experience managing social media campaigns is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
