Customer Insights Analyst

About the role

Canva is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join its Close the Loop team in the Philippines. You will turn user feedback from support tickets, social media and in‑product surveys into actionable insights that shape the Teams & Education B2B product.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user feedback across multiple channels using tools such as Enterpret, Canny and Looker, supplemented by AI‑assisted workflows.
• Convert raw qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights for product managers and business partners.
• Design and maintain a scalable process for feedback intake, classification and follow‑through.
• Collaborate with Close the Loop Program Managers to conduct deep‑dive analyses on priority loops and drive resolutions.
• Help define and improve feedback categorisation across Canva’s tooling ecosystem.
• Present findings regularly to product teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and empathy for users.
• Ability to synthesize messy, multi‑source data into concise, compelling stories.
• Experience using AI and productivity tools to increase efficiency.
• Excellent time‑management skills and comfort working with stakeholders at various levels.
• Curiosity and resilience when dealing with ambiguous situations.
