SAP Integration Developer

About the role

Inchcape Digital is looking for an experienced SAP Integration Developer to join its ERP platform team in the Philippines. You will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI/Integration Suite while collaborating closely with the broader Integration Team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Support SuccessFactors integration projects and test integration flows between CPI/IS and external systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes.
• Monitor production systems, analyse incidents, and resolve post‑go‑live issues.
• Participate in migration, conversion, and testing activities for existing integrations.
• Continuously learn new SAP integration tools and complementary technologies such as ABAP, Workflow, and BTP.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO integrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP IDoc and RFC.
• Understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
• Basic SAP ABAP knowledge is desirable.
• Willingness to learn additional SAP technologies (BTP, Workflow, etc.).
