Customer Care - French Expert

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care specialist to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and resolutions to our clients across multiple channels, primarily via chat. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring each interaction meets ING’s high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in French through written channels, delivering clear and relevant solutions.
• Identify and consult internal ING experts for complex queries, translating technical information into client‑friendly language.
• Follow risk and compliance procedures, escalating any deviations from mandatory processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of client requests, including complaint resolution and special order processing.
• Contribute to ING’s knowledge base by documenting solutions and suggesting improvements to service metrics.
• Perform operational support tasks using existing systems and protocols, reporting any deviations to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret information in context.
• Attention to detail and commitment to adhering to risk and compliance standards.
