About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cruise Consultant specialized in luxury travel sales. You will work with warm inbound leads, guiding affluent travelers through a consultative sales journey to secure high‑value cruise bookings. No cold calling is required.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to capture travel preferences, budgets and expectations.
- Present curated cruise itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers and value propositions in a sophisticated manner.
- Build trust and rapport with high‑net‑worth clients, delivering personalized service throughout multi‑week follow‑ups.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings, handling objections and guiding clients to informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, updating lead stages and documenting all interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in consultative sales within luxury travel, hospitality or related high‑end sectors.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with high‑profile, high‑net‑worth travelers.
- Ability to manage multi‑step sales cycles and nurture leads over several weeks.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
