Controlling Operativo de Transporte

About the role

Sesé is looking for an Operational Transport Controller to join its Finance team at the headquarters in Zaragoza. The role focuses on analysing transport‑related financial data, monitoring costs and revenues, and providing reliable information to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain detailed transport costs and analyse actual versus budgeted revenues and expenses.
• Track profitability, identify deviations and support corrective actions.
• Prepare accounting closures, management reports, variance analyses and forecasts.
• Provide accurate financial and control information in close collaboration with operational and support functions.
• Manage the reporting process, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor financial and operational profitability improvement plans, analysing progress and impact.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in transport finance, controlling or similar functions.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Preferably experience in the transport sector.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
