Global Procurement Manager

About the role

Ubiquity is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to lead the development and execution of worldwide procurement strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality sourcing while upholding the company’s values of Head, Heart, and Hustle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers; negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
• Analyze spend data, uncover cost‑saving opportunities, and optimize procurement costs.
• Negotiate contract terms while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
• Assess supply‑chain risks and create mitigation plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Track KPIs, analyze procurement performance, and report results.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to align needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and emerging procurement technologies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably with multi‑state or international exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll principles.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with payroll software.
