Administrativo/a Contable

About the role

Adlanter is looking for an Administrative Accountant to join its Accounting and Fiscal Advisory unit in Zaragoza. The role supports the team with day‑to‑day accounting tasks, preparation of annual accounts and maintenance of statutory books in a dynamic, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, bank statements and payroll entries.
• Maintain and update the General Accounting Plan and statutory books.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the fiscal advisory team on tax‑related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Administrative background with a focus on operational accounting tasks.
• Completed a medium or higher level vocational training in Accounting or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, transparent and committed to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (Plan General Contable).
• Experience handling invoices, bank reconciliations and payroll.
