Company Nurse – On‑site Healthcare Provider

About the role

The Company Nurse provides on‑site basic healthcare for employees, handling emergency treatment, first‑aid, medication administration, and preventive health programs. The role works closely with management, HR, and external health providers to promote a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first‑aid and emergency treatment for workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
• Conduct health assessments, physicals, and risk screenings for all employees.
• Develop and deliver health‑education workshops, wellness initiatives, and preventive programs.
• Coordinate referrals to hospitals or external health‑care providers when further treatment is needed.
• Identify workplace health hazards and implement intervention programs.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records for every employee.
• Manage medical supplies, first‑aid kits, and clinic equipment to ensure readiness.
• Liaise with insurance companies, HMOs, and external health providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory policies, chemical and pharmacological properties.
• Physically strong and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• First Aid certification.
• Regulatory affairs knowledge.
• Computer literacy – proficient in MS Office.
