About the role
The Company Nurse provides on‑site clinical care across multiple locations, ensuring employee health and safety. Working on a rotational shift, the nurse handles emergency response, daily medical support, and collaborates with external health providers to maintain a safe workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver immediate medical care, including first aid and emergency response.
- Oversee day‑to‑day workplace medical support and health‑related activities.
- Support and implement occupational health and safety programs.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee care and medical needs.
- Promote employee health through preventive and wellness initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- PRC Licensed Nurse.
- BOSH Certified (OHNAP or UP‑accredited).
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least 3 years of OHN/Company Nurse experience for Taguig or 3 years bedside experience for Makati.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- BOSH certification (OHNAP or UP‑accredited)
