About the role

The Collections Manager oversees the collections department, leading efforts to recover outstanding debts while ensuring that both internal teams and outsourced agencies achieve their financial targets. This role focuses on developing effective debt‑recovery strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and guaranteeing compliance with all relevant regulations.
