Cost Management Supervisor

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Santa Rosa City is responsible for supervising the company’s cost-management function. The Cost Management Supervisor will lead cost-control processes, analyse financial data, prepare reports and drive cost-saving initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cost-control activities and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Analyse financial data, identify variances and prepare detailed cost reports for management.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies in collaboration with all departments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimise budget utilisation and promote best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cost-management procedures.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and data evaluation.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings and coordinating between departments.
• Background in customer service and experience delivering training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Prior experience in cost management or finance, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
