Candidate Manager – Blue Collar Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Candidate Manager to join our recruitment team supporting the Australian market, with a focus on blue‑collar and labour‑hire hiring. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment, building talent pipelines across trades, construction, industrial, warehousing and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source blue‑collar candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK, job boards, referrals and social media, and build strong talent pools for high‑volume hiring.
• Conduct initial screening, assess licences, certifications and availability, and manage candidate onboarding, registrations and compliance documentation.
• Assist consultants with shortlists, interview coordination, reference checks and maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM.
• Support lead generation, market mapping, monitor hiring trends and contribute ideas to improve sourcing and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
• Strong exposure to blue‑collar, labour‑hire, trades, construction, industrial or manufacturing recruitment.
• Experience managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns and urgent staffing needs.
