About the role
The Butler enhances the overall guest experience at a luxury hotel by delivering personalized, high‑touch service to VIP and Villa guests. This role involves anticipating guest needs, building lasting relationships, and acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome VIP and Villa guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience, especially for limousine arrivals and departures.
- Manage all guest requests, including restaurant reservations, show tickets, spa appointments, transportation, and special amenities.
- Assist guests with packing and unpackaging, serve food and beverage, and provide tailored recommendations for on‑site and off‑site attractions.
- Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and feedback to continuously exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure Forbes‑quality standards are met throughout the guest’s stay.
- Be available 24/7 to address urgent guest needs and ensure uninterrupted service.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt service to diverse guest backgrounds.
- Attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
