About the role
Netron Information Technology is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive digital transformation for enterprises across Southeast Asia. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the value of Netron’s cloud and security solutions and guiding them through successful adoption journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets through new customer acquisition and account growth.
- Engage prospects and existing clients, articulating business value of cloud and security offerings.
- Lead complex proposal development, pricing, and negotiation while ensuring profitability.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary sales interface with strategic partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Drive customer retention by aligning solutions with business outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a solid technology and business foundation.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success selling or promoting cloud services/solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work cross‑functionally.
