Business Development Manager – Remote (Australian Morning Shift)

About the role

My Online Staff is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our remote team. You will work the Australian morning shift from the comfort of your home, focusing on acquiring new clients for our outsourcing and remote‑staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and approach potential clients in the outsourcing sector.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor offerings and new opportunities.
• Prepare and present customized outsourcing solutions based on client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements to close deals.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status and key metrics using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management within Remote Staffing, BPO, SaaS or IT.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a full Australian morning shift.

• CRM tools (experience with any CRM platform for pipeline management).
