About the role
Sailun Group is seeking a Specialty Tire Sales Manager to lead market development in the Philippines. The role focuses on expanding the brand’s presence, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for specialty tyre products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a market development plan based on market intelligence, share, and capacity.
- Create and implement local marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Identify new customers, maintain existing accounts, and manage annual sales planning, pricing, and order processing.
- Achieve company‑set sales targets while increasing volume and market share.
- Handle customer claims and complaints with support from service and technical teams.
- Conduct regular market and customer visits, provide feedback on market conditions, and support new channel development.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the tyre industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine tyre market and ability to travel for business.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong goal orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
