About the role

We are seeking a Business and Management Specialist to help train large‑scale language models on real‑world business scenarios. As a freelance AI trainer, you will use your knowledge of operations, strategy, and management to challenge models, identify gaps, and improve their reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Engage the AI model with business cases, analytical questions, and strategic exercises.
• Evaluate the model’s logical consistency, real‑world applicability, and error patterns.
• Document reproducible error traces and failure modes.
• Provide structured feedback to refine prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality.
• Identify where the model oversimplifies processes or misinterprets organizational dynamics.

Required profile

• Background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable.
• Entry‑level candidates with strong problem‑solving abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate reasoning explicitly (“show your work”).
