About the role
The Branch Head is accountable for the overall profitability, marketing, operations, and administration of the branch. This senior position focuses on building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients while driving the bank’s financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet revenue and credit objectives.
- Oversee all branch services, including over‑the‑counter transactions and ATM operations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Manage branch staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to banking policies.
- Monitor branch performance against profitability targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate of a four‑year degree program.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in branch operations and marketing.
- Strong managerial abilities and leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
