Financial Controller – Site Finance Lead

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a senior Financial Controller to lead the overall financial strategy, governance and performance of its Philippine site. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operations team to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the site’s financial strategy, budgeting and performance management.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive financial planning, risk management, capital‑expenditure optimization and operational efficiency.
• Engage with local authorities, tax agencies and regulatory bodies to secure incentives and ensure compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures and improvement plans as a member of the management team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management or related field; CPA qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience as a country controller in a manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor or electronics.
• Strong business English communication skills, both oral and written.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience building data dashboards using PowerBI.
