About the role

The BMW Automotive Technician will perform vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repair services following BMW standards and manufacturer guidelines. The role ensures efficient, safe, and high‑quality workmanship to meet customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on BMW vehicles using approved tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to BMW service protocols.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician; BMW experience is a plus.
• NCII TESDA certification is mandatory.
• Hardworking, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
• Willingness to be assigned to any BMW dealership branch.
