About the role
Grab is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to help shape its Mobility business in the Philippines. You will own and execute campaigns that influence how millions of users move around their cities, turning consumer insights into real business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end 360° campaigns across digital, social, PR, CRM, partnerships and on‑ground activations.
- Generate insights, develop strategy, execute, optimise and conduct post‑campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with brand, product, creative, media, analytics and operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Identify opportunities from consumer, market and performance data to sharpen results.
- Take ownership of campaign workstreams and cross‑functional initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, growth or agency environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical and business thinking.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams.
- Curious about consumer behaviour and cultural trends.
- Motivated to learn, grow and assume early ownership.
