Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing

About the role

enablesGROUP is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid search and paid social campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising, driving maximum ROI through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search networks.
• Create ad groups, ads, and creative assets; conduct keyword research and ad copywriting.
• Optimize landing pages and improve ad relevance.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score) and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
• Implement conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights using analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Collaborative attitude to work with cross‑functional teams.
