Assembly Production Operator – Project Hire

About the role

Allegro is seeking a detail‑oriented Assembly Production Operator to join its semiconductor manufacturing team. In this role you will work on the front lines of product assembly, ensuring high quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assembly tasks by strictly following work instructions.
• Monitor quality and compliance, reporting any out‑of‑spec runs to the Production Supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules and promptly report hazards, injuries, or near‑misses.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by applying 5S principles.
• Adhere to company policies and the Code of Employee Discipline.
• Communicate anomalies, problems, or improvement ideas to the supervisor.
• Participate in required training and accept cross‑training or shift changes as needed.

Required profile

• Completion of at least two years of college or a graduate of a two‑year program.
• Mature, stable, and flexible disposition with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Consistent adherence to standard operating procedures and detailed instructions.
