About the role

The Installation Assistant provides administrative, documentary and operational support to ongoing installation projects, ensuring smooth information flow, contractual compliance, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requests in JDE for materials, tools, PPE and equipment dispatches, obtaining required approvals.
• Process supplier purchase orders and SBC authorizations after managerial approval.
• Draft, coordinate and file SBC contracts, including signature collection.
• Maintain zero‑folder documentation, handling background collection, signatures and notarial procedures.
• Manage accreditation processes on construction platforms, gathering required OTIS personnel documents.
• Coordinate TE1 documentation and liaise with electrical clients and suppliers.
• Support plan modifications based on client or site supervision requests.
• Raise and track billing tickets according to project progress and EDP.
• Participate in billing meetings, reviewing progress and supporting finance.
• Record and control CHO linked to additional sales, ensuring validations and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar administrative or project support roles.
• Experience with operational data analysis, cost analysis and negotiation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) system.
• Ability to use Microsoft Project or similar project‑management tools.
