Construction Manager – Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

As a Construction Manager at Grandspan Development Corporation, you will lead the delivery of large‑scale construction projects in Binangonan, Rizal. This full‑time position involves planning, coordinating, and executing all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate and manage on‑site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Review and approve technical specifications, blueprints, and other construction documents.
• Secure all necessary permits, approvals, and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor and control project costs, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior construction management role.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale steel and concrete projects, both horizontal and vertical.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer qualification.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry best practices.
