About the role
The APAC Trade Compliance Analyst supports export control compliance across the Asia‑Pacific region and the United States. The role ensures that business partner, product and end‑use screenings are performed accurately, licenses are managed, and shipment blocks are reviewed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational export‑control support to APAC countries and the U.S., including business‑partner, sanctions and restricted‑party screening.
- Conduct product screening and assist with ECCN classification activities.
- Support risk assessments, policy development, and creation of compliance job aids.
- Manage license administration, shipment‑block reviews and resolution.
- Maintain data quality, process documentation, and trade‑regulatory standards.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to export‑control data, audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist with internal and external audits, both domestic and international.
- Collaborate with Legal, Regional Compliance Managers and business teams on screening, ECCN and export‑control issues.
- Lead or support continuous‑improvement initiatives for screening and compliance controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in trade compliance, export controls or a related area.
- Ability to work in a regional role aligned to Singapore time zone.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
