AI Application Builder / Codex Product Developer

About the role

We are seeking a fast‑moving, product‑oriented software builder to create internal business applications using AI‑assisted development tools. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in software or product development and can turn business problems into functional prototypes quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop practical internal tools for finance, production, marketing, logistics, quality assurance, reporting, approvals and workflow management.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Lovable or Bolt to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with business users to identify pain points, manual processes and reporting gaps.
• Translate business requirements into clear application specifications and working solutions.
• Rapidly prototype, test with users, gather feedback and iterate on the applications.
• Integrate applications with spreadsheets, databases, APIs, ERP exports, cloud storage and other internal systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, improve usability and support deployment to internal users.
• Deliver maintainable, usable solutions focused on real business impact.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in software development, product development, business systems or application building.
• Hands‑on coding experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React or Next.js.
• Experience building web applications, dashboards, internal tools or workflow automations.
• Strong interest in AI‑assisted development using tools like Codex, ChatGPT, Claude or GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into practical features.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, quick learner and capable of working independently.
• Good communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Attention to detail when testing applications and handling business data.
