About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Secretary to support our executive team in Quezon City. The role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and file reports, presentations and other documentation.
- Greet clients and visitors, handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate various office administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong clerical abilities and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and deliver quality service.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Experience using AI productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency.
