About the role

The Administrative Assistant will support the smooth functioning of daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position works closely with team members to coordinate projects, manage schedules, and ensure that documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date, while also serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors when required.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support team members with project coordination and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors as needed.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
