About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential office support to the Management Team at Gem Foods International. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures smooth daily operations and contributes to a positive experience for visitors, vendors, and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Encode and submit payments for government‑mandated benefits.
- Process weekly payroll and manage timekeeping records.
- Handle clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mail, greeting walk‑in visitors, vendors, and customers.
- Schedule drivers, coordinate trips with purchasing, logistics, and other departments.
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure legal compliance with agencies such as DENR and DOLE.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4‑5 year course.
- No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
What we offer
- Full‑time, on‑site position with regular hours (Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑6:30 PM).
