About the role
As an Account Manager at TOA you will manage and nurture an existing customer base across the Philippines, supporting growth plans for our Australian and New Zealand clients. You will act as the main point of contact, helping clients expand by offering diversified solutions that match their evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, providing regular updates on market conditions and new offerings.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and present relevant products or services.
- Create tailored plans that address each client’s business requirements.
- Monitor client turnover, ensure timely replacements, and prevent disengagement.
- Research and engage external clients with validated growth potential.
- Leverage internal relationships and historical data to uncover new business opportunities.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in account management or a similar client‑facing role.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with clients and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner of new systems and tools.
