Workplace Management Staff

About the role

The Workplace Management Staff supports the Facilities and Office Support Services of AboitizPower in Makati. Working closely with the Admin Supervisor and various business units, you will help ensure smooth operations of office environments while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor service providers (grid driver, messengerial, gardening, janitorial) and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and improvements for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire detection, printers, and emergency lighting.
• Check contractor compliance, maintain 5S/6S standards, conduct self‑audits, and manage Workplace‑related AP Watch reports.
• Prepare Letters of Authority for restaurant bookings, manage grid vehicle schedules, handle restaurant accreditations, and coordinate plant visits.
• Process payments for mobile plans, food services, utilities, and janitorial contracts while maintaining systematic filing of records and reports.
• Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and Integrated Management Systems, protecting information assets from unauthorized access.

• Reliable coordinator who can serve as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and internal units.
• Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous‑improvement attitude, especially in driving 5S/6S standards.
