Workday Absence & Time Tracking Architect

About the role

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Architect to join its post‑production/AMS team. This remote position focuses on long‑term optimization of Workday for existing clients, ensuring the system runs smoothly after go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and redesign existing Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations to improve user experience and data accuracy.
• Lead Phase X projects that roll out new Absence and Time Tracking functionality for current Workday tenants.
• Troubleshoot complex issues such as calculation tag conflicts and accrual rule errors.
• Guide clients through semi‑annual Workday updates, ensuring new features are adopted effectively.

Required profile

• Extensive experience configuring Workday Absence and Time Tracking in a live, post‑production environment.
• Ability to support multiple clients across varied industries and pivot quickly between requirements.
• Proven architectural skill to transform messy tenants into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills to advise clients on redesign impacts.
