Wholesale Account Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Wholesale Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for B2B clients, including retailers and boutiques, of a leading pre‑owned luxury fashion tech company. Working remotely, you will ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and drive business growth through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies for assigned wholesale clients.
• Design and lead tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Align wholesale assortment planning with client procurement strategies to maximize sales and maintain healthy stock turnover.
• Analyze seasonal performance and sell‑through data to identify opportunities and refine future assortments.
• Conduct competitive audits and adjust pricing strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Utilize page view reports, search term data, traffic analytics, and SKU performance metrics to understand consumer behavior and optimize product assortment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical acumen and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proven experience in B2B client management within fashion, retail, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Flexibility to attend early‑morning or late‑night calls as needed.
