About the role

Outsourced.ph is seeking a talented Web Developer to design, build and maintain websites and web applications for its global clients. This home‑based position offers the chance to work remotely while contributing to high‑impact projects in a supportive, ISO‑certified environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company websites and web applications.
• Design and implement new features, functionality and third‑party integrations.
• Troubleshoot, test and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize performance, speed and responsiveness of web assets.
• Ensure security, data protection and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and stakeholders for updates and enhancements.
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of both front‑end and back‑end development concepts.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
• Knowledge of website hosting, domain management and web security.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
