Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. The role involves leading the warehouse team to ensure efficient material handling, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to the warehouse team through toolbox meetings and task allocation.
• Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control, and documentation.
• Manage material reconciliations, subcontractor material control, and equipment monitoring.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with ISO and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years supervising a warehouse team in construction logistics or supply chain support.
• Proven experience with warehousing processes, inventory management, and documentation.
• Strong organizational ability, independent work style, and teamwork skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety, ISO audits, and environmental compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with inventory management systems and documentation.
