Warehouse Supervisor – Construction Logistics

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse operations for its Malolos‑to‑Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. The role will ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory control, and safe work practices in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, allocate tasks and provide direction to the warehouse team.
• Oversee receipt, storage, inventory control and documentation of all materials.
• Perform material reconciliations, maintain records and manage subcontractor material control.
• Supervise team members, enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, monitor equipment and operators.
• Prepare reports, ensure accountability and handle any additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising a warehouse team in construction logistics or supply‑chain support.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes, inventory management and documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Understanding of safety, ISO audits and environmental compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
