Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows, accurate pick‑and‑pack execution, and timely dispatch of priority deliveries. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to monitor performance, maintain equipment, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing receiving, pick‑and‑pack, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure priority orders are dispatched on time.
• Verify that all incoming stock matches reference documents and is in good condition.
• Track pick‑and‑pack activity based on order priority matrices.
• Report hourly operational status to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Delegate daily tasks to contractual personnel and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure material handling equipment is maintained and operational.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse according to GWP standards.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports such as space utilization, daily dashboards, inbound receiving, pallet counts, and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year business course.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Leadership, communication, business knowledge, records management, and interpersonal relationship competencies.
• Technical competency in good warehouse practice, warehouse operations, and MHE system application usage.
