Warehouse Assistant Manager (BSD)

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant Manager (BSD) oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement. This role supports the implementation of warehouse plans, systems, and procedures while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, facilitate, and manage stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock accuracy, reconcile physical stock with system data, and produce weekly inventory reports.
• Record all warehouse data and generate weekly and monthly status reports.
• Establish and execute cycle‑count schedules, coordinating daily counts across inventory assets.
• Track inventory variances, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the warehouse team to meet KPI targets and drive continuous process improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve KPIs within the operating budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year program, preferably Business Management, Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of supply‑chain or warehouse experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, and communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving ability, high stress tolerance, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Understanding of budget management, financial monitoring, and third‑party management.
• Willingness to be assigned to Carmona or Dasmarinas, Cavite.
