About the role
The Sirena Seafood Restaurant at Shangri‑La Boracay is seeking enthusiastic waitstaff to join its dining team. As a Waiter or Waitress you will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering memorable service to guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring all stations are prepared and stocked.
- Provide high‑quality, attentive service to each guest, from greeting to bill.
- Maintain smooth workflow in the assigned section, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience that reflects the resort’s luxury standards.
Required profile
- Passion for food and beverage service.
- Enjoys delivering welcoming, high‑standard guest experiences.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel is preferred.
- Curious about new culinary trends and committed to quality.
