Waiter/Waitress – Chinese Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the Chinese restaurant team at Shangri‑La The Fort, Manila. You will work closely with the outlet supervisor to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the outlet supervisor with daily administration and operation of the restaurant.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at an international hotel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work split shifts.
• Legal right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines.
